Mr Scruff has been hibernating for a while. It's cold you know.

Apart from an abundance of cool remixes, last year saw Scruff release his eponymous debut album in May for Pleasure, the 'Large Pies' EP for Echo Drop and his first vocal track the 'Is It Worth It?' EP for Grand Central. Now he returns to the leftfield fray with this new three tracker for Ninja Tune.

This is his debut production for Ninja, although he remixed DJ Food's 'Re-Fried Food 1-6' for them in February '96, 'Fish and Chipmunk' EP is the start of a long and fruitful relationship with Ninja. With an album already in the pipeline, 1998 looks set to belong to the Ninja/Scruff combo.
